Crime came to Dover with the blessings of the Republican Party through the use of their bulk mailings.
Here is a nice example of how Bill McReynolds was obstructing justice while serving as the Racine Co. Sheriff.
In 2004 when Bill was asked about the obstruction, he crapped out out with a heart attack while visiting Kansasville.

Mario Denoto claims to be honest with a sense of humor.
The only thing funny is that Mr Denoto's nose appears to be getting longer and his eyes appear to be sinking into his head. Lately this has been less prevalent because he is finding it harder to look people in their eyes. I guess you could say that Denoto has proven to be funny about being honest!
Ray Gromacki on the other hand was too busy being red on a kind little man that was just trying to help him.

Clement has been known to shake people down for cash, land and privileges. He has been referred to as "Little Hitler" by another board member. Much of the county has been at ease ever since he retired. He still "madoff" with a great pension even though he really didn't need one considering he stole enough money.
The fraud coming out of the department has ended ever since Julie Anderson took over this position. My only question is, "How could a county board filled with many honorable people let him get away with what he did?"

Little advice for Ray:
"You can fool all the people some of the time, and some of the people all the time, but you cannot fool all the people all the time." -- Abraham Lincoln
Here is an example of how Ted Dremel took advantage of the elderly by not having the desire to make sure that his care facility met the federal standard.
Here is an a newspaper article about him running a care center and taking advantage of elderly people.

This is an old article, but it is still a great example of how morally challenged Ted really is.
Ted gained the respect of Dennis J Flynn, while dancing around in the in criminal justice system of Racine County during this time.
Does anyone know if any of the money swindled was used to build a vacation home in Florence County, WI?

Ray is saving money by not doing repairs on the roads in the Terrace and the
Manor. Sure this looks good on paper right now, but how much is this going to cost us when every road in these two communities needs to be replaced?
The Repaving project from the Terrace Boat Launch to Hwy J has only been worked on from hwy N to to the halfway point going to Ray's house. That portion of the road only has 13 homes and the condition of the portion that was not worked on is deteriorating in need of repairs.
Like I have stressed before......
What is it about town chairmans paving the roads to their homes?
On top of that, what has Applied Technologies done for us with road repair besides suck us dry?
Tom Lembke and the town board paid Applied Technologies $8,500 to tell the town that a culvert was failing.
Our current town board never replaced this culvert and just paved right over it. $8,500 for nothing.
Ray's cronies have "Madoff" with many dollars from substandard work. One of the town's trucks had the hood and door replaced because an attachment that is driven by hydraulics was not working properly . I told the town that I would do the bodywork on this truck if they agreed to make sure the hydraulics were fixed so that it would not happen again.
Ray ended up having one of his buddies do the work and it cost us in excess of $10,000. The truck came back with a new hood, door, and other various parts. Here comes the bad part. The truck is sitting again with the same damage. This is because they never repaired the source of the problem.
Is Ray going to spend 10K at the shop over and over, or is he going to fix the cause of the problem?
Smitty and myself could help save the town many dollars by using the town garage to do this kind of work in-house.
Is this just one of his Used Car Salesman tactics?
