Ed "Conspirator" Furey

There have been many victims of what could be called "Ed's Evaluate, De-valuate Program" that I am sure would love to be heard. If any victims of this program would like to be heard, please use the contact button on the top of the screen. We would rather not drop names of the innocent, unless they so desire. I am sure that others may be too afraid to come forward and this includes town employees that knew they would be fired if they did the right thing.

Ed could not have run this alone. He must have needed help.

There is one thing we all know. "Dishonest people need help from other dishonest people."

One could say that one wore a badge and the other wore a dirty black robe.

Ed been the ring leader of Liars, Swindlers, Thugs and thieves on the town board.

Dover Constable Patrols

The Town of Dover should have been enforcing the laws ten years ago and put the following people in orange jumpsuits:

Thomas Lembcke
John Hauper
Dean Larsen
Edward Furey

These jumpsuits should also be fire resistant because we all know where they will eventually end up.

Read about how Dean Larsen is crying because of Dover enforcing the laws.

Law enforcement is really suppose to be sponsored by the people in order to serve and protect the people. These constables where really hired to generate more money for the board to launder. Did anybody hear that these constables were driven out of Silver Lake?

What did Crooked Eddy and the economic terrorists do to Rudolph's?

What happened to this great small town grocery store?

What happened to the subdivision that may have gone in behind the fire station, that Rudolph's needed in order to generate enough revenue to compete with the Wal-Mart going in down the road towards Racine?

You could ask the financial terrorists, Ed Furey & Ted Dremel Sr. what their motive was to de-valuate the store, but you will get a better answer right here in the near future.

Honourable People

There are some people in local government that are very honorable.

Julie Anderson, Racine County Planning and Development Director
Julie is an honourable official that does not have time for dishonestly. What a difference one honest person made in Racine Co.

The Swindlers

According to an unnamed resident, when they needed a culvert installed under their driveway, Ray stated, "If I didn't know what way water runs, then I shouldn't run the town."

Well as we all know, water runs downhill, yet Tom still hired Applied Technologies to determine what way the water will flow through the culvert.

When asked at a town meeting why Applied Technologies was hired for this Tom responded with, "What do I know? I am just a dumb farmer."

Dean Larsen then proceeded to respond with, "What do I know? I just pour beer."

Does anyone know what Larry Neau?

Sorry Tom, but farmers are not dumb! We do know that Tom is a very fast learner. It appears that Tom picked up the art of swindling from Ed Furey pretty darn quick with the help of Jim Smith at Applied Technologies.

Who "Madoff" with $31,500?

Engineering fees from Applied Technologies to repave approx. 3 miles of road (Terrace Boat Launch to Hwy J and on Vanderboom from 1st to Count Line Road) @ $88 an hour with the support of Dean Larsen and Patrick H. on Thomas Lembcke's watch. Ray Gromacki did the long division in front of myself and Pete Griel and came up with roughly 357 hours give or take! Ray also stated that something is discolored when you see fees like this one.

This was prior to his 2007 term in office. Ray told Pete that he needed support from him and his family to win that election so that he could stop the bilking of the community for thousands of dollars. After Ray made it into office, Pete asked him, “Why can you get away from this consulting firm.” Ray communicated that the town can not run without them.

Payne & Dolan were the ones that ended up doing the work work in three 12 hour days. They have their own engineers and they are also highly recommended by the Governor. There is also no reason why you need to pay a consulting firm $88 per hour to get involved with potholes, painting the yellow lines on the road, and on other related projects. See how the $31,500 was spent in this meeting minutes snippet:

meetingMinutesSection20061211.pdf

This resurfacing got cut short. The portion a Hwy N was only paved halfway, to Rays house.  According to the Paper, Ray is going to finish going past his house to Hwy J.  What is it about town chairmans paving the roads in front of their own houses?

You Paid For It

Ever since Ed Furey and Ted Dremel Sr., I supported every candidate that promised the people and myself that would remove the terribly expensive consulting firm. As of today, Applied Technologies are still the town's engineering and contracting firm.

Out town has spend $88 an hour plus the road superintendent to engineer (mark) the yellow lines from the hwy to the double lane in the Eagle Lake Manor.  After this service, the town paid the Racine Co. hwy. dept. to spray the paint.  I feel that the money spend on Applied technologies for this project could have been put towards the betterment of our community.

On top of this all, Britton Road between Hwy C and Church has one of the steepest hills and does not have any yellow lines or no passing signs.

Even though the following story is not about our town, we can still learn from it.
