Ted Dremel Sr. Takes Advantage of the Elderly

Here is an example of how Ted Dremel took advantage of the elderly by not having the desire to make sure that his care facility met the federal standard.
Here is an a newspaper article about him running a care center and taking advantage of elderly people.

This is an old article, but it is still a great example of how morally challenged Ted really is.
Ted gained the respect of Dennis J Flynn, while dancing around in the in criminal justice system of Racine County during this time.
Does anyone know if any of the money swindled was used to build a vacation home in Florence County, WI?
