My opinions and my opinions only based on records obtained from the Dover Town Hall that were fraudulently destroyed. Names of people that participated in fraud were brought to my attention by Racine County Criminal Attorney, Michael Piontek.
The web-master does not agree with these opinions, but will keep them posted to keep the integrity of the website.
