Who "Madoff" With the funds from cleanup day?
As many of you know, I worked "the dump" on garbae collection days. Smitty that worked for the town asked me to work these days.
The revenue that was generated or could have been generated on the cleanup days never made it into the town accounts. This would e revenue generated from used oil, metal, and automobile batteries. Who "Madoff" with the funds generated on the four cleanup days? To this day, Ray has failed to make sure these funds made it back into the town accout. I will make sure that the town's revenue from cleanup days is used for the town!
I have another concern about the cleanup days that has to do with our environment. Freon was being turned into the atmosphere from a recycler that that does not carry a Disposal Permit from the DNR.
As you may have read in the paper, the town had problem with what I was doing on garbage days. Here is a list of of the problems that the town had with me.
- Helping people unload their garbage to keep the lines efficient. The board told me to only do this when the line is extending out onto hwy 75.
- Collecting clothes and etc. for the needy.
My opinions and my opinions only based on records obtained from the Dover Town Hall that were fraudulently destroyed. Names of people that participated in fraud were brought to my attention by Racine County Criminal Attorney, Michael Piontek.
